Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across North Texas, Oklahoma, and North Louisiana. As a Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that help research laboratories achieve their goals. This field-based role combines strategic account management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our market presence and grow consumables revenue across North Texas, Oklahoma, and North Louisiana. Working closely with Account Executives and Field Application Specialists, you'll help customers maximize the value of our solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
No two days are the same, your ability to balance customer engagement, strategic selling, and cross-functional teamwork will be key to driving success.
This position covers the North Texas region. The individual must live within a geography that allows them to visit customers on-site on a daily basis.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $86,600 to $119,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
