Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Solid HVAC knowledge with emphasis on hydronics systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record in account management and closing sales.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and owners.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on hydronic equipment selection and system design.
• Conduct site visits, review plans, and define project requirements.
• Develop and present customized solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals.
• Coordinate project handoff to operations and ensure successful execution.
• Provide forecasting, account planning, and ongoing customer support.
