Choice Home Warranty in Oklahoma City is seeking a Territory Account Executive / Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with real estate professionals, open doors, and turn connections into business.

This is a field-based, uncapped earning role with base salary plus commission; you’ll own your territory, travel locally, and represent an established national home services company.

Competenze

• 3+ years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience.
• 2+ years of proven direct or outside sales success.
• Existing book of business or strong network in Real Estate, Mortgage, Title, or Home Warranty.
• Proven ability to prospect, network, build relationships, and close business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Develop new business through prospecting and networking.
• Build relationships with agents, brokers, and real estate offices.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and presentations.
