Job summary

Candid is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our Tennessee sales team in Nashville. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with dental practices, developing pipeline, and helping practices adopt our clear aligner technology.

You’ll travel daily in the territory, collaborate with Account Executives, and learn our products and market. A fast-paced, high-energy environment rewards initiative, communication, and results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional sales experience; dental, orthodontic, or medical device background preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Daily field travel with overnight travel
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop dental practice pipeline in territory
• Support sales conversations with product demonstrations and visits
• Launch and onboard newly signed practices
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to drive customer growth
