Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Local Account Executive in Ohio to drive local and national sales, visiting customers daily and growing share of wallet. You will negotiate contracts and coordinate with service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1 year of B2B sales, CRM experience, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. Benefits include health, life, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience.
• 1 year of direct B2B selling experience supporting local and national sales.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
• Experience working with enterprise CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily face-to-face customer visits to drive sales in local and strategic accounts.
• Grow share of wallet within existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
• Facilitate networking among sales and service staff to support customers.
• Develop relationships within customer organizations and communicate market opportunities.
