Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Local Account Executive in Winchester, VA to drive local and national sales. You will conduct on-site visits, build relationships, and negotiate contracts while coordinating with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience and at least 1 year of B2B selling. Travel within the territory and occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required.
• 1 year of direct B2B selling experience supporting local and national sales.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
• Experience with enterprise CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily face-to-face customer visits to drive sales increases and support local sales in national and strategic accounts.
• Grow share of wallet within existing customer base and gain share from new customers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
• Facilitate networking among Sales/Operations leaders and customers.
• Coordinate with support staff to ensure excellent customer service.
