Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to drive admissions and expand patient census within a defined territory. You will market clinical programs and outcomes to healthcare professionals and families, promoting Elara Caring’s in-home care services.

The role requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently or with teams, and a proven track record in sales. A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are necessary to visit referral sources and patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with results.
• Ability to interact with health care professionals at all levels.
