Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to drive admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory, selling home care programs to a broad range of medical professionals.

You will collaborate across teams to market clinical programs, connect high-quality in-home care with eligible patients and families, and contribute to a patient-centric care network with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with results.
• Understands how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.
• Strong problem-solving to meet patient and business needs.
• Confident engaging with health care professionals at all levels.
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed objectives.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and cooperative.
