Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive Sales to drive admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role focuses on the sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes to be a top provider of care in our communities.

You will collaborate with a wide range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s in-home care with eligible patients and families, and you will be part of a winning culture with rewarding compensation and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proven sales acumen with results.
• Knows how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes to providers and families.
• Work with medical professionals to connect in-home care with eligible patients.
