Job summary

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Executive to oversee a territory around Eglin Air Force Base, in this unique military community‑based opportunity. The starting salary is $75,000 per year, with potential to reach six figures after several years of successful service.

New hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. We offer tuition benefits at various degree levels and a comprehensive benefits package to employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for the role.
• Strong time management to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Self-motivated with drive to succeed.
• High emotional intelligence and coaching ability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution. You’ll be consistently identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory, building awareness of our online academic programs for education, healthcare and business and drive inquiry generation.
• Partner and influencer. Through a variety of mediums, you will use your passion for serving others to provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families and partners on their journey to enrollment.
• Heart and Hustle. This is a community‑based role with ambitious targets! Working independently, you’ll be using your out‑of‑the‑box critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, guiding them on the right path towards a successful online learning experience.
