Job summary

Shaw Contract in Boston is seeking an Account Executive to lead sales efforts in the Boston and Rhode Island markets. You will partner with architects, designers, dealers, and contractors to specify high-quality flooring solutions and grow Shaw Contract's presence in the territory.

The role requires building and maintaining a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, client relationships, and effective execution of the Shaw Contract selling process.

Qualifications

Proven ability to prospect and develop new business in commercial interiors.
Experience building relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and end users.
Strong presentation, networking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business in Boston and RI territories.
Travel daily to cover accounts and prospects within MA/RI.
Manage opportunities end-to-end using a structured sales process (SPPM).
Present products to architects, designers, dealers, and end users in meetings and events.
Maintain CRM records and pipeline accuracy within Salesforce.
