Job summary

Youth Exploring Adventure Inc DBA Hilltop Ski Area is seeking Terrain Park Attendants in Anchorage for a seasonal position. You will inspect, maintain, construct, and repair terrain park features, signage, fencing, and related infrastructure to support a safe and positive guest experience on snow.

You will work across Mountain Operations, assist with events and photo shoots, and promote teamwork while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Prior terrain park or mountain operations experience preferred.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor and lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfort with testing features such as rails, boxes, and tabletops.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible on-snow presence as a park ambassador.
• Promote safe use of features and encourage positive guest experiences.
• Gather guest feedback on park features and overall experience.
• Assist with designing, building, and maintaining terrain park features and trails.
• Support events, competitions, and photo shoots in the park and across the mountain.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair park features, signage, fencing, and trail markings.
• Open and close terrain parks daily following established procedures.
• Enforce the SMART STYLE safety code and terrain park rules.
• Maintain logs of inspections, maintenance, and safety observations.
