Youth Exploring Adventure Inc DBA Hilltop Ski Area in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Terrain Park Lead to support the Terrain Park Supervisor in daily operations, safety, and development of the terrain park. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining features, and ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable experience.

You will help train crew, coordinate with mountain operations, and contribute to park improvements. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and skiing or snowboarding ability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of terrain park, ski area, snow sports, or related operational experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inspections of terrain park features, rails, jumps, signage, and fencing.
• Assist the Terrain Park Supervisor with daily crew management and task assignments.
• Assist with terrain park layout, feature placement, and seasonal build plans.
• Interact professionally with guests and park users.
