Mountain Capital Partners' Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Terrain Park Attendant to assist with building and maintaining terrain features, signage, and trail markings. You will operate tools, perform inspections, and record logs.

The role emphasizes safety education, clear communication, and reliability under varying weather conditions, with shifts that may require night work and adaptation to alpine environments.

Qualifications

• High school education/GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be at least 18 years old at hire date.
• Advanced freestyle skiing or snowboarding ability.
• Basic knowledge of NSAA safety practices and PARK SMART messaging.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain park signage, closures, trail markings, and fencing across all terrain parks.
• Monitor and maintain terrain features (rails, jibs, boxes, jumps) and signage.
• Safely operate power and hand tools to build and maintain features.
• Complete opening, inspection, and maintenance logs daily.
• Deliver PARK SMART education and model safe skiing/riding.
• Communicate effectively via radio, phone, or email.
• Show up on time and adhere to company safety policies.
