Job summary

Sunrise Park Resort in Greer, AZ is seeking a Terrain Park Crew Member responsible for delivering a consistent guest experience through snow features, inspections, and safe park operations. Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate hazards immediately.
• Experience with outdoor labor, snow work, landscaping, construction, or resort operations.
• Ability to ski or snowboard to access terrain as required by the role.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record if operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Construct, shape, rake, salt, mark, repair, and maintain jumps, rails, snow features, park entrances/exits and related equipment.
• Complete opening, operating, and closing inspections and record findings.
• Isolate or close features or zones when hazards exist and notify supervisor.
• Operate tools after training and pre-use inspection.
• Assist with feature installation, relocation, removal, grooming and event builds.
• Install and maintain signs, fencing, and closure devices.
• Communicate park status, hazards and needs clearly to staff and guests.
• Interact with guests to explain closures or park etiquette and de-escalate issues.
