Job summary

Sun Valley Resort is seeking an experienced Terrain Park Supervisor to oversee the design, construction, maintenance and daily operation of the terrain parks, in close coordination with the Terrain Park Manager to ensure safety and exceptional guest experiences.

The role encompasses inspections, feature maintenance, signage and fencing responsibilities, and collaboration with Grooming, Ski Patrol, Snowmaking and Mountain Operations to keep operations running smoothly in variable winter

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in terrain park operations or related terrain park maintenance.
• Knowledge of terrain park construction, feature maintenance, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and presentation of terrain parks.
• Assist with design, construction, rebuilding, and maintenance of terrain park features.
• Open/close terrain parks, ensure features meet safety and operational standards.
• Ensure fencing, signage, ropes, closures, and trail markings are properly installed.
• Complete and maintain daily terrain park inspections and logs.
• Communicate feature conditions and maintenance needs with managers and staff.
• Collaborate with Grooming, Ski Patrol, Snowmaking, and Mountain Ops teams.
