Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort Llc is seeking a Terrain Park Crew member to help shape and maintain safe, progressive park features for our skiers and riders. This is a labor-intensive, split-shift role with hours that span mornings and afternoons to open and close the terrain parks.

Ideal candidates are advanced skiers or snowboarders who are creative, flexible, and dedicated to safety. Experience in a similar role and good communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient skier/snowboarder in a terrain park environment.
• Safety oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to follow directions and willingness to learn.
• Customer service experience.
• Previous industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently on assigned tasks independently or with little assistance.
• Collaborate and cooperate with team.
• Participate in construction and maintenance of terrain park features.
• Install, maintain and monitor safety materials including signage, boundaries, entrances/exits, and feature markers.
• Support Ski Patrol as needed.
• Understand and promote park etiquette and mountain safety.
• Assist with special events including but not limited to set‑up or break‑down as needed.
• Use of hand and power tools may be required.
• Have an innovative mindset to give input and support the vision of planned park builds and changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
