The role requires 2-3 years as a Sous Chef in a luxury setting, strong leadership, attention to detail, and a Food Handler’s Certificate. You will manage shifts, ensure quality, and control costs while maintaining health compliance.

Formación

• Culinary college degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef at a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
