Langham Hospitality Group in Pasadena, CA, is seeking an Executive Chef for The Langham Huntington, Pasadena. You will lead culinary operations, ensure menu quality, profitability, and adherence to health and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a culinary college degree (preferred), at least three years in a similar role, and strong budgeting, leadership, and guest-service skills. CA Food Handling certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent job experience.
• Culinary College Degree preferred.
• CA Food Handling certifications, preferably Kitchen Manager.
• Three years’ experience in similar position.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours and policies.
• Interview and hire staff; train and motivate team.
• Review daily activities, forecasts and purchasing; manage schedules.
