Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to manage an outdoor service route and perform termite treatments while representing the Northwest brand in the local community. No prior exterminating experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, plus a company vehicle, company cell phone, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Manage your own termite service route and daily operations.
• Follow safety protocols and operate company equipment and vehicle.
