Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is seeking a Termite Service Professional for outdoor, field-based work. You will manage your own service route, build lasting customer relationships, and apply termite treatments with safety and precision.

No prior exterminating experience is required; full training is provided. The role offers a starting hourly pay and benefits, with opportunities to grow within a community-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior exterminating experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (employer paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Address customer issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Apply products according to label standards.
• Maintain safety when operating equipment and driving.
