Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Technician (Maintenance) to run an independent service route, protect homes and businesses, and provide exceptional customer care. You will receive comprehensive training, your own vehicle and phone, and a strong emphasis on safety and community service.

The role targets individuals with a high school diploma, a valid driverfs license, and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstrution and post-construction termite treatments.
• Communicate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply products according to label standards.
