Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is looking for a Termite Service Professional (Maintenance) to work outdoors on your own maintenance route, protecting homes and businesses in your community. No exterminating experience required—comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.

Starting hourly pay is $17–$19. You’ll receive a company vehicle, a cell phone, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Willing to work outdoors and drive a company vehicle.
• No exterminating experience required; training is provided.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage your own termite service route and schedule.
• Perform termite treatments as needed following label directions.
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams to deliver great service.
• Maintain safety and professionalism on all job sites.
