Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to operate an independent service route, delivering pest control with a focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll be mobile, service homes and businesses, and represent the Northwest brand in the local community.

No exterminating experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. You will need a valid driver’s license and must obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of starting, with company-paid training support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route with efficient time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
