Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will inspect, prevent, and treat termite issues and explain findings to clients.

The role requires willingness to work in various environments, use PPE, and operate ladders and crawl spaces. A valid driver’s license and basic math skills are essential; prior customer service helps, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license from your state (company vehicle provided).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely per guidelines and practices.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label instructions.
• Explain services and critical termite-related conditions to customers.
• Verify job specifications for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers about services performed.
