Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties by inspecting, preventing, and treating termite activity. You will be the first line of defense against wood-destroying organisms, delivering services with safety and attention to detail.

This role involves climbing, entering crawl spaces, driving company vehicles, and communicating clearly with customers about conditions and recommended actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills—add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; follow product label mixing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and knowledge of termite behaviors to determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures as scheduled and per safety procedures.
• Communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures and modifications.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
