Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatment services, and communicate findings to clients while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Training is provided and benefits start on day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle and gas card provided).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills—read and follow product labels and make basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps based on termite behaviors.
• Perform termite treatments safely according to company guidelines and label instructions.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and safety procedures.
• Communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity to customers and discuss structural modifications.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services delivered.
