Job summary

Rentokil is hiring Termite Technicians to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will inspect, prevent, and treat termite issues while communicating clearly with clients and maintaining safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. A termite-control background is a plus, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence (company vehicle and gas card provided).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience. A termite control background is a plus.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills for mixing on product labels.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label instructions.
• Explain procedures and any needed structural modifications to customers.
• Verify job specifications for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services provided on production forms.
• Interact with customers and explain services offered.
