Job summary

Rentokil is seeking Termite Technicians to protect customers’ properties from wood‑destroying organisms. You will inspect, treat, and prevent termite activity while ensuring safety and compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities include communicating findings to customers, maintaining vehicles, documenting work, and working in varied environments. Training and safety are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal/state/local regulations (provided by us).
• Basic math skills: add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatments safely according to guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label instructions.
• Explain conditions and procedures to customers and discuss structural modifications if needed.
• Verify that job specifications match each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
