Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional in Georgia. You’ll manage your own outdoor termite service route, protect homes and businesses, and represent the Northwest brand in your community.

Training is provided, no exterminating experience required, and you’ll receive a company vehicle and cell phone. Starting pay is $17 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, vacation, holidays, and discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Apply products according to label standards while maintaining safety.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.
