Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Columbus, GA is hiring a Termite Service Professional. You’ll be mobile, responsible for your own route, and protect homes and businesses while delivering friendly, reliable service.

No exterminating experience required—training provided. Must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days. We offer a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments as needed.
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety and proper use of company equipment and vehicles.
