Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to deliver on-site termite treatments and exceptional customer service. You will manage your own route, operate with independence, and contribute to protecting homes and communities.

No experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The role offers a starting hourly wage, a company vehicle, and a mobile phone, plus a full benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Build lifelong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply products according to label standards.
• Maintain safety first when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.
• Represent the NORTHWEST brand as a team member.
