Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to cover the Georgia area. You will manage your route, perform termite treatments, and build lasting customer relationships in the field.

No exterminating experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The role includes a company vehicle, cell phone, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, community-focused company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your termite service route with strong time management and independence.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
