Northwest Exterminating in Georgia is seeking a Termite Service Professional to join our team. You’ll be mobile and work outdoors, becoming the local face of Northwest while protecting homes and businesses with a strong commitment to customer care.

We provide comprehensive training and a benefits package, including a company vehicle and cell phone. No prior exterminating experience is required, and you’ll grow with a stable, community-focused employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing your termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Resolve customer account issues and address needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
