Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional for routes in the Newnan area. You will work outdoors, manage your own route, and deliver exceptional service to homes and businesses. No exterminating experience is required as we provide thorough training.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, with a company vehicle, cell phone, and a full benefits package. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a strong customer focus in a supportive, long‑standing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers to create customers for life and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments and address issues.
• Communicate regularly with customers and partner with internal teams to deliver service.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving.

Education
