Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to cover outdoor, independent work on your own service route. No prior extermination experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success. You will help protect homes and families while serving your local community.

You will manage your daily route, communicate with customers, and apply prescribed products while maintaining a strong safety mindset and following company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Communicating regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Applying products according to label standards and coordinating with internal teams.
• Safety-first mindset when operating company equipment and driving the company vehicle.
