Job summary

Orkin in Orlando seeks a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with proven pest control strategies. You will explain Orkin’s products, build trust with homeowners, and close deals using a proactive sales approach.

You’ll receive robust training, a company vehicle, and leads to pursue; earn compensation through base pay plus commission with earning potential in the six figures for top performers. No industry experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver to recommend the best innovative pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain the process and expectations.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
