This role emphasizes in-home visits, detailed inspections, and strategic recommendations, with a pathway to leadership and performance rewards within a dynamic pest-control business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget providing you with leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and identify issues to address questions and set expectations.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified by addressing questions and explaining the process.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided.
