Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector in Florida. You will conduct comprehensive home inspections, explain termite protection options, and build trusting relationships with homeowners. The role blends sales with technical expertise, supported by Orkin’s training and rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and protect homes.
• Win over customers with confidence and care through listening and clear explanations.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to present solutions.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and communicate issues and recommendations clearly.
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad provided and stay organized.
