Orkin is seeking a driven Termite Sales Inspector to deliver expert termite protection services and trusted recommendations to homeowners. You will conduct comprehensive home inspections, explain solutions clearly, and close deals with a strong customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and protect homes and families.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through active listening and clear explanations.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes to explain products and services.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
