Job summary

Orkin is seeking an enthusiastic Termite Sales Inspector in Winter Haven, FL to protect homes and build lasting customer relationships under the Orkin banner. You’ll receive award-winning training and the support of an iconic brand while pursuing a high-earning sales career.

You’ll inspect interiors and exteriors, present tailored solutions, and close deals with homeowners. The role offers base pay plus commission, with a company vehicle and benefits package to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule home visits and explain how Orkin’s products provide peace of mind.
• Use iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized after training.
