Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to deliver confident, customer-focused pest solutions. You’ll conduct thorough inspections, make strategic recommendations, and close sales with homeowners, leveraging comprehensive Orkin training and a path to leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required, but must be able to learn the pest control business.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Must be able to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 termite inspections from attic to crawlspace and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Explain practical pest control solutions and build trusted relationships with homeowners.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
