Rollins, Inc. through its Orkin brand is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in Florida to protect homes with proven pest solutions. You will build relationships, schedule home visits, and present a compelling warranty-backed offer while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver by recommending pest solutions based on training.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection results and address questions.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
