Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to join a trusted national brand in Albuquerque. You will blend competitive drive with education of homeowners, conducting 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace and presenting practical pest-control solutions to protect homes and families.

No prior industry experience is required; Orkin offers award-winning training, a company vehicle, and a strong earning potential with first-year earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and others.
• Explain practical solutions and build trusted relationships with homeowners.
• Prospect for new business and manage assigned leads with provided advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and visit customers’ homes to present products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, setting expectations.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided tools and stay organized.
