Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring an experienced Termite Sales Inspector to join our San Diego team. You will conduct thorough inspections, work with pre-qualified leads, and identify termite and pest-control needs while building relationships and closing sales.

The position offers a base pay with commission and a clear path to earning $80,000–$140,000+ annually, plus benefits and company-provided resources. Join a growing California branch and advance your sales career.

Qualifications

• 1 year of termite and pest control industry sales experience
• California Branch 3 Field Representative license required
• Valid driver’s license and good DMV record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Professional manner and appearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough residential and commercial property inspections
• Work with pre-qualified company-provided sales leads
• Identify termite, wood-destroying organism and pest-control needs
• Prepare estimates and explain recommendations to customers
• Follow up on estimates and sales opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
• Close sales and coordinate with the production team to meet Kilter standards
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
