You’ll perform 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces, explain pest solutions, and close deals with customer trust.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication skills to explain pest solutions.
• Must be able to build trust with customers and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspaces and explain solutions clearly.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with homeowners to present product benefits.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
