Orkin is seeking an enthusiastic Termite Sales Inspector in El Paso, Texas, to help homeowners protect their largest asset with a trusted brand and proven pest protection.

You’ll use your competitive drive and strong communication to explain Orkin’s services, perform 360 inspections, and build trusted relationships with customers. No industry experience required—award-winning training and a pathway to leadership await.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; Orkin provides award-winning training.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners at their homes to explain products and services.
• Prepare sales agreements using company tools and maintain organization.
