Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in Burlingame, CA to deliver trusted termite protection through thorough 360 inspections and tailored recommendations. You will build relationships, close sales, and educate homeowners on the Orkin approach.

Earners can achieve competitive pay from $60,000 to $100,000 per year with a company vehicle and gas card, plus a structured training path from hourly during the initial period to base salary plus commission after licensure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Ace priority safety in all responsibilities with customers and coworkers.
• Be an empathetic problem solver using training to recommend the best pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Prospect new business and assigned leads; leverage the robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and communicate findings clearly.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and identified issues, addressing questions and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized with training provided.
