Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector to drive pest protection in residential markets.

You’ll perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace, understand Orkin’s termite services, and craft strategic, trusted recommendations to homeowners to protect their homes. You’ll work with a supportive team, leverage a strong brand, and build lasting customer relationships to deliver peace of mind.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver by using training to recommend best pest solution.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with robust advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet potential customers in homes to explain products/services.
