Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes and families through expert inspections and strategic recommendations. You will conduct 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, building trust with homeowners while explaining practical pest solutions.

During training, you’ll learn Orkin’s proven processes; after licensure, expect a base salary plus commission and a company vehicle. No prior experience required and full benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Build trusted relationships to protect homes and families.
• Schedule sales appointments and present Orkin’s products and services to customers.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
